Why the Flow State?

First of all, I have to start with this has been a long time coming. I was yearning to have an environment where I am free to stretch. Free to reach outside of the boundaries of what I have been primarily offering my patients. As things began to develop I had many conversations with people I trust and respect their vision, their career journey, and business acumen. I kept in touch with those who shares a similar growth mindset. I found inspiration all around.
Early on, I was simply at a crossroads. I thought, I am a chiropractor, acupuncturist, a movement specialist, a mind-body expert, a mentor and a coach. What does that mean? I understood the importance of flow of the nervous system and in mobility. I saw flow in Ayurveda, breathwork and my yoga principles. I saw it in the foundations of Chinese Medicine. I know I wanted something more. I was not only afraid to branch out but unsure of what that looked like.
While reading a recommended book, The Creative Act by Rick Ruben, a quote stood out to me that helped push me forward. He says, "The goal of art isn't to attain perfection. The goal is to share who we are and how we see the world." I realized that I had to start somewhere and see how it grows. To build a space that is no only somewhere I want to work and can find my flow state, but would want to seek out care myself. A place where you are seen as a whole person and that multiple services and providers are in one space. To bring together the best of East meets West. A space where I could learn from other practitioners.
When someone is in a "flow state" they are completely absorbed and focused where they know no time. This is when we are in a state of ease and bliss. What some would call "in the zone". And anyone has access to it. A child building, a runner, an artist, a entrepreneur. How awesome is that.
I am excited to introduce you to many ideas and offerings on this page. As we build partnerships, services and classes, I hope you come along for the journey and find your own place to connect.
